The Artifact doesn't seem to spawn when starting Suit Only, is that intentional?

it is intended to be perm. The downside is its fixed to a single spot

hi ... is there a config to give the zone a limited time till es disapears ... so new players have only a noob protection for a some time?

Anyway I contacted Darkstar and described the problem that Irator reported, and he pushed out a patch for it in WC. LMK if the issue is fixed, if not ill let him know again.

Hi, why should I be responsible for something another mod is doing that I don't develop?

Weaponcore uses billboards to draw weapon particles and is completely divorced from the games code. I would expect that weaponcore follows safe zone rules but apparently it does not.

If you care, can you tell me how i can get weaponcore to not ignore safe zones?

I do make reasonable changes to my mods to support other mods when able, but in this case I dont see where I can make a reasonable improvement that shouldnt be fixed in the mod that actually has the problem.

Hi, if weaponcore is ignoring safe zone shields that is strictly not my problem and not a problem I can solve. Please take it up with the weaponcore author.

I removed the Vanilla Replacement, but it is still a problem. Still using Weaponcore tho.

Hello!

I had an AI ship shooting through the Safe Zone.

It was firing from over 3k away so Im presuming it was a weapon from one of the weapon core mods - probably the replace vanilla weapons one.

I hope this will help you identify the issue.

Hi, I tried replicating the issue and did not succeed. The safe zone blocked all hostile projectiles that attempted to enter.

Hi. I witnessed drones shooting through the safe zone with gatling gun and missiles. It also did not prevent damage to the grid.

Gotcha. Yeah, myself I grinded a block on my respawn vehicle, which made the grid split, which made a very smoky surv kit :P

Hi, to enjoy full protection you must be a member of a faction. Also be careful when building new grids as the safe zone will see any new grid as unowned, so when building a new grid make sure it starts off attached to your station in some way (such as using a rotor) or the new grid will be immediately ejected.

It is not possible for a drone to shoot into a safe zone. But it is likely that the damage was caused by a grid being ejected.

Hey there, thanks very much for making this. A player on my world reported damage taken by a grid of his inside the safezon; apparently some drone shot it. What might cause this and/or how can we prevent this from happening?

Can there be a timer of 1 week then you dont get it anymore unless a new respawn ship is built

Currently no, as its designed for more long term servers, its set to 24 hour intervals so players have enough time to notice it.

good to know, forgot to ask one thing to ask, if the user wants to trigger armageddon mode instantly (without waiting the time to finnaly make it go off), is there a way?

Yes thats normal, when building a new ship use a rotor block attached to a static grid first.

altho gonna comment that, self built blocks in safezones gets usually expelled out of the zone (e.g. your building a spaceship in your safezone, and the blocks your building gets expelled out) Just pointing that out (but does not apply to static objects, for some reason)

In the alt+f10 menu, top left. Just a warning once you press that button it cannot be undone.
