Well, most likely manually due to export size and qc configurations

I know the process of porting, it's just im porting each individual animation manually with a long process. My friend made a tutorial and I am following his animation steps.

You can export through source viewer by Valve or fan one Source2Viewer

as GLTF, then fix scaling, bone size and trying to export?

right now im just through all animations manually and exporting it that way, i was hoping there would be a better alternative :steamsad:

I got it fixed somehow. I think it's the "Combines from Half-Alyx With Animations". It's now unlisted though. And I don't know why, it worked fine. Other than the shiny parts and that you couldn't bonemerge the weapons, but other than that it worked fine.
