Bro,I like playing L4D2 chronologically, and I always wondered how did they get to the greenhouse? Damn, this map is incredible, the docks are a little poorly designed but everything else is perfect, it takes you to the next level of the campaign automatically, this is GREAT TO ME!!:steamthumbsup: TY for pay attention to all details

Hello.
You could redo this mini custom campaign but it has an end and it no longer joins the Dead Air campaign quickly. At the beginning you put how the ship moves away after leaving them at the dock, and then the rest continue as you did until Before going up to the building, you have to put a button from below at the entrance door to open with alarm and that will attract the zombies and the Tank and we wait for the door to open slowly for about 7 or 10 minutes to survive the hordes, Then when the door opens, we go in, we deactivate the alarm and so the custom mini campaign ends, and you change the title to 7 or 10 MINUTES IN HELL.

Pluvillion, I imagine its just specified in the mission file to load the from official dead air, haven't played this but it sounds like its actually a custom map aswell. If the greenhouse has a safehouse then its an edited file, afterwards though they could've 100% just specified default map files to load afterwards. Smart too, saves space in the addon.

I was prepared into booting back into the menu after reaching the greenhouse. That didn't happen so instead expected it to happen after closing the saferoom door. I swear I was genuinely happy after the game loaded the second map of the actual campaign.

i'm still on the pause menu as we speak and I'm planning on finishing the campaign for the shits and giggles but I'm curious: how does it work? How can you make the game load a map from the addon campaign to the official campaign seemlessly (remembers the position after closing the door, etc.)? For years of playing this game, this is the first time I've witnessed a custom campaign do exactly that. It's a script, isn't it?

this map is actually not bad, need a little polishing on the texture of the plank tho but i like how you connected this custom map to the vanilla one and the fact that you can only get all the items and guns at the greenhouse (which its supposed to), nice job
