In case anyone is still using this : I've removed the WeaponCore Dependency (for most mods, it is no dependency to any specific WC upload, rather than just updating to the new load) for user ease.
This means mods such as this, no longer have the restriction to use a specific upload of WC which is now possible with their new license.
I have still moved on, but I believe in doing such a change for the ease of use for any remaining users.

Hi the Ammo for the X-7 Broadside does not show at all, Not in the assembler or even Shift+F10 to be able to see all items in the game

Keen's annoying habit of few thing shared between assemblers.
So I'll be patching with Both entire trees of consumable tabs.

So if you can't find it after that , Your assembler lacks the Vanilla Tab.

Pre-Existing Blocks can cache data. Assemblers are odd.
I'll look into if Keen did something odd with their Blueprint lists.

I created a new creative world with just weaponsCore and this mod, but only the vanilla items show in the full Assembler. I am not using the basic assembler in my single player world, so I then placed the basic assembler in creative and in there I can make the ammo. Is this a bug maybe?

Full Assembler, is the 1x1x3 or so Keen Vanilla Assembler, not the basic Assembler introduced in the survival update.

So I assume you're working on separating InspiredWeaponry and updating it? Asking because I use InspiredWeaponry and had seen your Civ mod too, really liked it and look forward to seeing it refreshed if that's the case.

Yeah you can swap WC1 for WC2', just by having a mod like this, would even do it for you.

@Lord Raso I'm pretty sure you should be able to without worry, any mod that would need WC1 would automatically load it from what I understand

Oh, okay. So I should be able to swap out WC1 with WC2 on a single player save and not break much? (I'll back it up just in case, of course).

Well, you need WC2, which will allow any WC1 mod to work.
WC2 has backwards compatability, so you can mix WC1 & WC2, WC2 just takes over for WC1
