ive lengthed the missile by giving it an extra 4 blocks of rocket fins, and the max range is now 7km, at least thats how it hit, i put the tracker on a recon heli and used radios to fire the missile mounted on board a ship, I am thinking this thing actually has alot of potential, if it has greater range by adapting the missile guidance method used by the YG-V2A, by now going that high it can have more fuel to reach deeper into enemy territory.

i am using it in a dual mode system, by having a drone that sends coordinates to the ship, or just ussing a kalman filter on the new radar signals and the missile often ran out of range before it is able to hit the target

@zphere, if you shoot them at the target that has the YGT-2 tracker that blocks the same missile radio channel (so change the frequency of that tracker or turn it off) then the problem is on your end. Isn't it?

The missiles launch fine but as they are descending to the target, it seems like they loose the target and start flying in circles in the sky.

I have checked multiple times and have made sure that the they are set up correctly and I don't think the issue is on my end.

It flies up when it has a vey far target(because arc path becomes less curved), for example, if target is 0, 0, 0 coordinates(when radio is off). So it seems that you do not send it gps

i ment with gps also i looked at the micro-controller that sends the info to the missile and noticed it had an x, y, and z to go to the missile but it also had a lot of other nodes. can i guide the missile with just the x, y, z inputs?

I recommend setting a huge number for radio frequency to not to be jammed(in multiplayer)

there are constant number blocks with value of 10(on targeting system and the missile) so change them to a unique number in each your vehicle

Hey, so this might be a feature, but the missile does not attack a vessel with the same missile system, this causes issues with seemingly random ships where it just decides "NOPE I'm OUT" and picks a direction to run it's fuel in (similar to @v1's issue) , is there any way of disabling this? I'l Post a ship that it does this with if I can find a copy of one (without your system), and a copy of one of my warships with this system(not finished but close enough)

@V1, I tested it now and it works perfectly for me as always. Ty to use it from original, not modified vehicle in singleplayer from 700-2800 distance against a simple target(which has not too much subgrids but is heavy enough to be locked by radar). Maybe the target you used it against was too laggy to be continuously locked by radar?

I tested that radar guided bomb once again and I figured out that N=1500 works quite well
