The first player has the opportunity to use Zeus to solve such situations with transport. As for the stuck, I'm not sure I'll be able to fix it, rejoin to the server should help with that.

Broken for me, players getting stuck when ready triggers while still equipping, no suitable transport - just trucks when island start and mainland objective.
