Fixed: Select starting position did not work.
Fixed: Civilians not spawned.

Fixed: Too many civilians were spawn in the buildings.
Changed: Set of weapons and equipment for enemy civilians.

Added some fixes from kenoxite version:

FIX: Fixed syntax error in last task in "Combined arms" mode (take and hold area) that prevented the end of mission to happen after a given time (createExtractTask.sqf).
FIX: Fixed CAS support menu being removed when accessing it without actually using it (description.ext).
FIX: Fixed possibility of placing player's artillery and FOBs outside the terrain boundaries.
FIX: Fixed possibility of starting helicopter insertion outside the terrain boundaries.
FIX: Temptative fix to profile options not always loading properly (particulary with time settings set to Dawn).
FIX: Fixed "Enemy force multiplier" text not showing the correct multiplier when the menu dialog is first loaded.

- In the "disarm mines" task, a non-disarmed mine is displayed every 5 minutes if players are in the search area.

- Added some limiters to the enemy's spawn. If the number of enemies exceeds a certain limit, the spawn of enemies is suspended. Also, some of the enemies that were supposed to spawn at the beginning, but exceeded the limit, will spawn later in the form of search teams.

- Removal of the enemy helicopter after dismount enemy in 10 minutes.

- Improved "Give ammunition and basic medicine" option.

- Removed the "Pursue Players" option, now it is permanent.

- Added a "Vietnam style" option, the enemy has limited infantry reserves that will come and chase the player.

- The 'Camouflage Coefficient' option now calculates another noise figure, which depends on the rack, the weight of the equipment and the speed of the player.

- "No voice" is now for players only.

- Added dynamic change of player detection factor for AI, parameter depends on player's weapon and backpack.

- The option "Give ammunition and basic medicine" gives ammunition for the disposable AT and clogs the inventory.
This bug on the disposable AT is now fixed in the CBA_A3, GM, CSLA, SOG and RHS configurations.

- Added information about the players equipment to the briefing.
Information in the briefing is updated every 120 seconds.

- Added options "Give ammunition and basic medicine" and "Give additional medicine for medic" to Arsenal and Ammo Supply boxes . Also option "Give ammunition and basic medicine" is automatically performed when selecting classes of fighters in the planning menu. (This is an alternative solution to fix equipment for CFP mod, as the player is not get ammunition, grenades and medicine.).
