Reloaded the mod and started over. The batteries finally connected, however 10 minutes later, the weapon selection menu would no longer work. Just won't open. I can hear it trying to open but it doesn't appear. Reloaded the mod again and it still didn't work. The right hand vanishes. Hitting the SteamVR menu button and the controller is working fine. Switching to the main game (without your mod enabled), and the weapon selection menu works as usual. Just doesn't work using your mod. No other mods installed.
Using Valve Index.

Will delete the older videos
Also the Combine right at the end, after killing me once would not come out of the tunnle, but a few choice grenades took care of them. :)
Another great end to a mod and am looking forward to playing the third one in the series soon.

I wish you wouldn't put those darn Poison Head Crabs in, but if you didn't your wouldn't hear me squeal so much.
This was still uploading when I posted, but should be finished soon.

One which I had set off was the game Mode in windows settings
Not sure if it did much but turned it on
One that I am sure did a lot was Clearing Standby memory
Do a search in google - there is a small app that helps clear this.
Having looked at resource monitor I seen that 8 meg was in use and almost all the rest of my 64 gig was used by Standby
Now after clearing it I don't see the message low resources in Half Life Alyx
I tried to start from a previous load of chapter 1 and it happened again after I had to reload (I some how step in the elevator doors as it was climbing and got cut in half... yuk).
I highly recommend it
Thank you
Paul.

Hopefully one day I will post mine on here.
Paul.
I loved the train sequence at the end. That was one of the most unique moments in a half life alyx mod I've had. That whole area was the most atmospheric for me, in terms of lighting and decoration.
Great job on this awesome map!!
The levels and architecture have a lot more detail than in the authors' previous maps, so big props for that extra attention. Though alike in RR1, I do feel having just a bit more enemy spawns to break up the long quiet sections would certainly spice things up.
I did get a little bit confused on the last long vertical climbing section - wasn't sure what exactly I could or couldn't grab onto. However it was exciting enough that I'd actually teleported back down (after the game auto-skipped the climb when I failed it) to try out the manual climb again. Definitely a fun element to the map.
Thanks for creating and sharing this :)
