Check out A3TI mod and hit them up. IVAS fuses central square of the virtual retinal display, not the whole thing, with a larger portion of the image on the sides being only the low-light NV stuff.

As a stop-gap, Rad's goggles, especially his Pilot Helmet Integrated Vision uses all the available Thermal Imaging (TI) modes Arma 3 has stock. So, prior to even getting A3TI fusion type of capabilities, just mimicking what Rad did with his would likely go a long way, as some colors work better for certain situations.

TPW uses a HUD. You may be able to borrow his HUD from him, or talk him into adding your IVAS goggles into his mod:

To me that was all nonsense, I know nothing about making mods, hence why development is extremely slow and almost lacking entirely at the moment.

because most of the time when using the XM157 and IVAS people do not bother bringing the rifle up to the face and will do PiP instead. If you turn on the Arma 3 crosshairs, obviously you can already spoof the 'floating reticle' mode to just carry it around John Wayne-style. MCC+TPW do pretty well for HUD.

I think you'll be in business. Obviously, the A3 stuff would be cool, too, but long term improvements, I would think. TPW already has a HUD you can easily integrate into this, or just use instead.
