First: I'm sure you could have worded that to come off as kind,constructive criticism rather than a personal attack on my basic art skills.... But...
Second: You had a point and I fixed the "atrocious" issue with an update: https://i.imgur.com/SYpxuws.png
Third: It had nothing to do with UVs. It was a combination of my texture bake coming off a little aliased around the edge of the shirt... Then the tie was a complex issue with Source Engine's method of applying paint and Mipmapping. Basically I extended the bleed on my tie's paint region splatmap and when the mipmapping happens you get less artifacts...
I'd recommend working on the materials a little more. Because right now it looks atrocious.
