That is not caused by this mod, this mod only touches a vanilla method, which does not affect bleeding at all

im having an issue where pawns dont bleed while this mod is enabled. they can only have minor bleeds through crushed organs.

I noticed that Nociosphere was also affected. I inflicted 20,000 points of damage on it but it still didn't die. Although I'm not sure if it's caused by this mod, I don't think I have any other mods with similar effects.

Are you sure the mechanoid didn't go down due to the damage reducing their movement/consciousness enough? That will instantaneously kill mechanoids if they go down

I would have installed this but I enabled a similar option in "Tweaks Galore" I 100% respect the hustle though and it's great to provide an option for those who don't want to use that mod or just didn't know tweaks had the option! Thanks for the hard work! :cherrypie:

It might be worth adding to the description how "death on downed" can make it look like this mod isn't working, when it actually is, since commenters so often don't get that the reason enemies are still dying from getting shot in their legs is that they've left "death on downed" enabled, not because of anything in this mod.

Speaking of which; this mod is awesome.
It makes mechanoids pretty tough to deal with, especially since they're painless and don't bleed and so are very difficult to down, you need to actually destroy the bodyparts associated with either movement and then use finishing off, or destroy the bodyparts associated with not being dead.

I just love when my archobionic god of a colonist gets shot in the limbs one too many times, and even though he has zero pain, basically no bleeding, and insane regeneration, he just falls over and dies. I can only assume this is because his chrome plating was scratched, and he died from the embarrassment.

The 'death on downed' chance causes enemies to instadie when they fall over for any reason, making it much harder to collect prisoners. It's part of vanilla difficulty settings. You can turn it of by customizing the storyteller. Look for 'death on downed' and set it to 0% to get rid of it.

Have you tried it without this mod? If it keeps happening without the mod, that's just the random death chance on incapacitation and is not this mod at fault. This mod does not affect random death chance on incapacitation which affects all enemies and animals that do not belong to the colony (prisoners, wild animals, raiders)
