I'm sure this is intended though, I'm new to the genre
In case you'd find it useful, I've edited items.xml to have descriptions for all the trinkets - you're welcome to use it if you like! Should mostly follow your formatting scheme :)

Whenever Judas picks up Birthright, the game crashes.
This leaves us with 3 items that still don't work completely as advertised:
- Camo Undies properly cloaks you, maintains a Speed Up when you're cloaked, and deals damage upon decloaking; however, it won't provide its temporary DMG / Tears Up.
- Lazarus' Rags revives you with the pre-update DMG Up (+1.4 instead of +2.7).
- Isaac's Tears fires its tear burst and activates faster than other Actives, as advertised; however, it doesn't provide a flat +5 DMG Up to tears fired by it like in the update.
I apologize for any inconveniences caused by this.
@dontwannalive I don't speak Russian well, but from what I gather here it seems you're saying the mod does not work. I have confirmed the mod to be in working condition in the latest version of the game, currently 1.7.9b. Check your mod list for conflicts.
In the console version I'm near Dead God and 1000001% in the other saves, so scoff just a little less!
But I suppose this mod is helpful, one way or another.
Either way there is nothing wrong with making the game slightly less grueling for new and experienced players alike; especially so when this particular mod doesn't give you any objective advantages over other players. If you have all this knowledge in your head, and would like to keep it there, there is absolutely no need for you to download my mod.
Thanks for stopping by!
@EggMaster Thanks for the report. Fixed in the latest version, please update your game.
@✺Idên✺ The mod does not provide custom trinket descriptions yet. This is something I am planning on doing and in fact am really looking forward to. I will begin work on this as soon as I'm done proofreading and testing all the descriptions I have written. I was shocked to see the mod get so many good ratings, this many subscribers and favorites, and reaching Most Popular This Week so quickly
Besides, there is only so much I can do with 10 words or less; some item descriptions give you a direction but are still relatively vague, for example Echo Chamber is simply "Consumable queue", Blood Puppy "Grows stronger" but its hostility isn't mentioned, Dog Tooth tells you to "Howl at secrets" but doesn't tell you at which. Either way, it is only fair to provide basic information with which you can deduce how good an item is or how to use it. Stop being such a purist, let people have fun.
I wish the game was originally like this. Great job KliPeH!
While I agree that this mod fits with the style of the vanilla game, it definitely won't (and shouldn't) become official.
The point of a roguelike is that you're meant to find out what the items you get do, not have the game tell you what they do.
