I think that the sky looks weird since it wasn't compiled with HDR. Compiling the map with that should fix it, but it may result in the map becoming dark, at least to me when I tried porting a Black Mesa map for personal use till I figured it out.
I suggest using the compile configs within the mapsrc and edit it till it looks right along with HDR, which should do the trick. Here's the link to it:

i try to fix the citizen animation tomorrow and for the shadows i have no idea why they look weird and why the sky texture is weird

the skybox texture has obvious edges which is definitely what you wouldnt wanna see on a nice looking map

can you fix the skybox texture and add fake shadows or try and fix the shadows on the vehicles in the parking lot? they look kind of unnatural even though my shadow quality is high
also the windows in the lobby are indestructible
