It is called NeunGUI. I use the two other adjacent addons, MinimalGUI and WeaponPanel. Both are designed for NeunGUI by the creator.

As always, if there is anything else you would like to see, you can find it in my "Subscribed addons" collection.

That is a good suggestion and definitely something I was thinking of doing. Since its a WIP currently and I'm still working on school, I used the first already complete asset available to me; which was the gloves for the urban model from CSS since they shared textures with the face model.

You should use the first person hands from CSGO, use the heavy phoenix hands and recolor them
