Is it intended?
The antlines are reversed to make clear that one fizzler would be turned on while the other would be turned off from the same relay. It looks like you're right about the antlines-to-fizzlers' signs being inverted though; they may have been accidentally swapped when I updated the map, which can be seen in one of the original attached images.
I'm glad the design sat well with you. Those lowered panels are just something I threw together and imported after I realized that the player could screw around with portal placement using the defaults.

I needed a delayer , but until the decisive idea came to me I tried a lot.

Btw: I like these panels not quite as high as a block. So the portal is always perfectly centered. Are these also available at Konclan's BEEmod Items?
