I say the following as someone for whom balancing is a secondary concern, at best when making mods:

The ballistics fire rate boost is utterly and completely busted and needs corrected. There is no world in which standard AC's of all varieties should blow through a ton of ammo in under 5 seconds, along with every target on the map. If it was the case that you thought rifles (a Primitive weapon typically used by pirates who lack the tech for better weapons) needed buffed, you could have done that separately rather than making all ballistics fire 1000% faster.

I dont know if you did this on purpose or not but Accurate Focusing Arrays I and II arr both 50%, It make the AFR II pointless to use when AFR I and II are the same. You might want to change AFR I to 25% instead of 50. So that taking AFR Ii more useful and less pointless, Just an idea Bud.

Love the mod. Is there any chance you might improve the speed buffs like Boosted Top Speed (War Dog 10)? Currently it's at +15%, which is nice but not nearly enough to make my beloved Annihilator as useful as I'd like it to be. Ramping that one up to +50% as well would do the trick by making the Annihilator about as fast as most other assaults, plus I think it would be hilarious to play around with it on faster 'Mechs just for the hell of it ^^. And it would make the long walks between objectives in Raid missions less annoying. All in all, sounds like a decent addition to the roster to my ears.

Would love to see a variation of this where the Upgrades cost Zero slots on the 'mechs, but keep the extra power you gave them. The vanilla strength just doesn't feel impactful enough, and I like mixed loadout 'mechs for my lancemates which really need more upgrades to work right. Saw a mod like that before on the Nexus site, but it seems to be missing now.

There is a mod that does the zero slot upgrades similar to the one I remember, but it doesn't increase their strength like the older one did, and it looks to be incompatible with this mod.
