Cricket Stir-Fry
Description: Stir-fried crickets with wild mushrooms and soy sauce.

Ingredients:

Crickets

Mushrooms

Soy sauce (or salt substitute)

Optional: Wild garlic

For recipes for PZ, it is necessary to modify the insect, for example, to make it a "sliced insect". (Because, for example, there would be only 6 crickets in the pan.)
If you want to help, I'll look into "Creepy Crawly Cuisine" by J. Ramos-Elorduy. There were nutritional values per 100g of insects.

If my stomach is full, I can't be unhappy.
If I only have insects to eat, I eat insects.
Frying mealworms are not such a disgusting food. Crispy, full of protein.
All you need to prepare is a pan, salt and oil. They are fried in an instant.
I tried it on a survival course and it wasn't a problem.

idk if you're still taking ideas, but chocolate covered insects is something i see touting as delicacy's. Maybe a recipe where you boil them with chocolate or chocolate chips for chocolate level happiness but extra hunger?

I think it would be neat if you could add them to normal recipes, like sandwiches and hamburgers, salads and maybe like roasts, soup, rice, pasta, etc
