Thanks for the kind words and know this has not been lost and I’m constantly working on adding more. Even have proper enemies like Angmar for them to fight. I don’t really do any small mods so “soon” is like 6 months at least when I say it lmao xD hope this helps and please ask questions if needed or @ me in the discord!

So if you’ve been following any of my other series or are in the discords there’s info put out there a lot, especially within the fcp. With that said I’m about to do a large release batch of FCP mods using a LOT of new code I have gathered. With that I’ll be reuploading these with updated art and features like custom factions that you can enlist in, quests, regional fighting, hundreds of more backstories and pawnkinds, better ways of crafting and research, all dlc options added, music and other things and such. That’s why a lot of my mods are not as up to date currently, but are being worked on in the backend. You can look at the FCP discord to see a bunch of the custom changes coming tool wise and quality of art being updated as well!

Not trying to be a bit of an asshole, you owe me nothing, but when you make a great mod, or what looks like a great mod, since I don't have the opportunity to play it, and then you don't update it, you are really allowing your own work to be lost, such a shame mate. Those armours look good.

no problem, i get it can be frustrating to have many things to do and little time, i just absolutely love the numenorean armors, as they exist in FAR too few places, whether it be mods or games themselves, so yeah, but take your time, i'll try to be patient, as i get how it is to have tons of stuff to do with little time in each day

Soon means when I can. I’m currently updating and getting ready all of the FCP for release so probably after that. Most likely a few months so that this mod and series of mods will be more than just a few simple long swords and plate armor. Now I do all of this almost myself completely and pay for what I don’t do out of my own pocket since this series gets little to no support from any sort of team or donation. So soon is mayyybe within 6 months since that’s soon to me. There’s severely old code in this that needs redoing and things need changing as well as I need to make tie ins to other mods and my own framework.

Seems there is a conflict with Harmony for some reason, I can not get to the Colonists menu, can not click the next button, only if either Harmony or this mod are disabled can i actaually start a game, now i do not want to get rid of this mod, as i really like these armor sets, so is there a way to activate Harmony in harmony with this mod and continue?
I have tried mixing the mods in load order, but that does not work, sadly. Any help would be much appreachiated :D

I'm currently back in school rn but when i get time i will post the logs. It was whenever I had the mod loaded and it alone I couldn't use the info tabs but it could just be my rimworld being messed up.

I love this mod and Lord of the Rings, but unfortunately it causes a whole host of bugs when drafting a colonist. I am unsure if this is due to CE or just general mod instability.

I ran some tests and this mod loaded alone causes problems with the info tabs on pawns and animals I think could you check it when you get some time please sorry for the bother

Can confirm, this mod spams the log whenever a colonist with a weapon is drafted, causing massive fps lag- it also causes issues with stats screens being blank. Might just be a mod conflict but I can't isolate it.

The helmets could really use some inner outline for the face. It looks so out of place without them. Other then that really nice looking armors.

for rn its just the oversized weapon comp and me messing up stuff I guess. But this is getting a full overhaul soonish! Ill fix that along with some other stuffs and add in new research as well as materials and a core mod thats required!

My colonist's weapon looks kinda weird, the artwork is really well made, but it's holding it far away from him, I've done a screenshot and pasted it on imgur for better understanding.

Arnor, arthedain and Cardolan getting a slight rework in prep for factions being done for them. Simplified some of the symbols and logos, added a tier system as well as crowns now for each. Banners added as well and some new helmets and some visual changes. Will be updated once the core is done. ty

So I dont prefer the way VE handled shields so I added jecs from LOTR however I also gave the ability for the weapons to be used with ve shields should the player to use that instead.

Hello, I've used the mod for a while and I really enjoy it. However, I got a problem here. I noticed that the swords in this mod is compatible with VEF shield mechanism, and I do found the VEF code of <useable with shield>in the defs of melee weapons. On the other hand, the shields in this mod seems don't use the same mechanism. They are actually melee weapons that can block damage. It's kind of strange that weapons and shields in the same mod are incompatible with each other. So if it's a bug or just my mistake?

@PresaDePrata , Im redoing the mod here soon to add more techs and factions etc. The cardolani are going to be less good as Cardolan didnt field the best units.
As for weapons they are rebalanced already and will go out in the update, Royal armors will still be pretty powerful just not as much and much much harder to get and there will be unique one of a kind ones added as well. As for the benches thats also been fixed in the update.

So hey, i've been using your mod for the past weeks i liked it. Here's my two cents:

- The cardolani set are inferior to Arthedainian and Arnorian ones. You could make them an intermediate tech, since (besides the green color) there are no advantages in using them

- There are no reasons to build the numenorian smith or tailor, since you can create the numenorian items in the regular ones. It doesn't even add more speed to item creation. It's pretty much a skin with limited items

- Swords need some balancing. They are way more powerful then vanilla ones both on damage and armor penetration. You could make them need the Long Blade tech before you could research them. So you create an idea of 'evolution' of weapons

- Royal armors are really really powerful. I've been using them and they negate almost every damage, even from insectoids. I understand they are resource consuming, but i don't think any other armor will be as good at, not until the final ones.
