In essence, the mod is not abandoned. I added this note because the current state of the mod requires almost all patches to be updated and improved, and I don’t have time to check and fix them right now.
However, I don't mind at all if you or anyone else continues the mod, since I don't know when I'll be able to return to it.
Not confirmed. Everything is working. Either clarify what exactly or do not mislead anyone.
I appreciate that :)
For 1.4 only this version. The old one was too difficult to maintain and therefore was abandoned. If you do not have enough immersiveness between some technologies, then the topic for suggestions is open.
Is it worth downloading the old version of the mod, or is it fully deprecated now that 1.4 is out
This is more like a recommendation than a requirement. Everything will work without any of the listed mods.
Of course! Why not? This is the usual collection of patches.
Thanks for the quick response by the way, I'm a big fan of your work!
I don’t see the point in updating the About file, besides, the mod is working and has elements that are not in this mod.
I don't have a dependency problem, I don't know what could be causing it.
This mod is compatible with almost all mods. ResearchPal will only make the effect more visible.
This mod does not add settings and "XML Extension" is only used for patches. Also this mod does not add any graphical or visual changes, it changes the dependencies between technologies making them more meaningful.
In the screenshots, for a more explicit change, the "ResearchPal - Forked" mod was used.
Don't think there's a mod conflict, the only thing i might imagine might be RimHUD. All other mods have nothing to do with tech tree besides vanilla expanded.
Any clue?
This mod should be compatible with the old one with minor bugs in the tech tree
All are recommended, but not mandatory.
Maybe old support will be added, but not soon.
Do you still need to have all VWE mods for it to work? I took a couple that I don't use out.
any chance you will do android tiers and forsakens again?? :)
More details. At least 2 supported mods have gunpowder. From what mods technologies and their names.
