I think the Devil Splicers civic would be better suited as an Origin. Giving your species a jumpstart on an ascension path is pretty strong.

Update: I got the same problem with another AI empire, this time a House Salvation civic (Again, giving them artificial stability stopped the crash). The only obvious similarities between the two is that both primary species were Eliksni.

For some reason, my game keeps crashing whenever my Fallen origin AI has a revolt (I used console commands to artificially give them stability and the crash stopped happening). Weirdly, a Hive empire has already had a revolt without errors, so it's probably something with the Fallen specifically, I just have no idea what it would be.

@so_true_bestie I also want that, it's really jarring to have the disconnect. I would personally also want a mod without any of the Eliksni traits, just the animated portraits.

Love the idea, but some of the portraits are really well done and animated, and some are just simple png cutouts. Would it be possible to have a race that is just the animated ones?

I noticed that taking the Hive Mind ascension perk breaks the Fallen. THey all vanish

oh after messing around I've found that if you upgrade the servitor it will not provide ether to your pops

@VividSky: To remove the negative modifier on Fallen pops, you have to build a Ether Servitor building on a planet with Fallen pops present. It is not dependent on how much Ether you have.

Have you thought about making a fallen ship set? I think it would also be cool if you added a civic for devil splicers using siva. Anyways love this mod series and would love to see more!

Really like the mod, a very big fan of the Fallen in Destiny

Feedback:
You can select Shank trait with robomodding on robots, but not servitor (you can double them up on the starting servitors). The trait can be also removed, unlike the servitor trait.
The shank image is slightly cut off on the top right hand side. (Red forward facing image)

Some of the portraits have some animated points that snap back at the end of the animation (biggest offender is the white&purple captain's side piece of their helmet)

Ether Servitors being repeatedly built is pretty broken, should be limited to one per world (especially since you can upgrade them immediately with no technology for insane bonuses)

I really like the Fallen origin, very neat and fitting.
Fallen Houses civic should have the "Cannot be added or removed after the start of the game" trait as to not let it be picked up mid-game, but otherwise pretty solid

@Meddlermanagers: I've made an adjustment to the tech so that it appears now. If you have the fallen trait, the ether tech is given at the start along with a servitor building to produce it
