I recommend putting the files on another drive or location and renaming it to say Conan Exiles Pre Sorcery Build or whatever.
You will need to create a mod folder and a modlist.txt then point it at your normal steam mod location
i.e.
D:\Steam Games\steamapps\workshop\content\440900\2713037716/HyborianAdventures.pak
Then start it using the exe in the binaries/win64 folder. Finding older compatible mods to go with it might be an issue though.
Dont update anything obviously.

on my system is just locking up with black screen. Of coarse ive been playing all the games no prob and exiles runs good. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to get this up and running yet ?

given the sheer scope and size of the map you wanted to create, no wonder you plan on re scaling, but for me, even just running about in Tortage & White sands alone would be an absolute gem! I look forward to seeing your maps as you release them!

I posted it on my discord - i will take this mod down, i have no chance to repair it.
Instead of this mod i will create new mods, for each map a single mod - i think this will make it easier to run it on a dedicated server due to mod size and so on.

I work in it right now - i think August or something around that, i will release 6 new mods for every map

Evertime i want to cook the newst update version i became an errorcode 1 im not able to find out whats the problem here.

I played AOC for 7 years straight, if you can successfully bring just the explorable maps into Exiles, you will find me playing for another 7 years!!!!

Hey Faceman just good to see you are trying to update for 3.0, this is a huge mod and major game updates are painful with complex mods. Your work is appreciated even if it doesn't migrate it to 3.0.

true, perhaps the community will make use of it and start creating quests with Pippi, man just looking at those screens already bring back awesome memories of AoC. You did a great job there!

No Quests, just a map mod :) Im rly not Funcom who have a lot of resources and unlimited time to make a Age of Conan Remake :)

Oh man, Finally !! will there be quests added too is it juts going to be decoration/for server owners? ( sorry if this was asked and answered before )

Just a heads up, we installed this mod on our private server without realizing it was an old mod and it somehow corrupted our mod list and we had to unsubscribe from all conan mods and reinstall them to be able to join the server. If anyone has that issue, resubscribing fixes it. Hope to see this mod working soon as it looks great

I´ll work on this maps. Currently the 3.0 update struggle me hard. it fu**** up a bunch of things and im still researching how to rescue most of the work. but it goes on

funny i just logged into AoC and there was like 300 players on the entire game (all servers combined) how do you even raid anymore? or the bigger question why is the game still up? All these questions and more will be answered on the next episode of Soap...

Just asking. Will you continue this mod or are you working on a new approach to include the AoE maps? It would be awesome if we could finally play on the true Hyborian map.

White sands is in the Tortage map already!
Teleporter is at the same location as in Age of Conan, try to hope on the boat on the Boathouse on the left side at the docks

Or you swim out at the harbor:)

Also the Thirsty Dog Inn has an Teleporter you can enter at the door

Will you be able to include White Sands Isle with the Tortage map btw? Would also love to see if you are able to expand on the original Tortage map too.

I noticed this happens when you either try to play it on a dedicated Server, or with some Mods.

So or so its related to the Huge Size of the mod currently. I´ll reduce this and split the mod into each for each map.
But not before 3.0 comes out.

In Singleplayer it worked fine, and also with mods, but some mods cause this issue. And i dont know why at this point.

I've tried all your maps with the same result, after character create it loads 1/2 way to 3/4 and stalls, Zero on my disc usage, nothing works. Good luck, will keep an eye on this if it ever gets better, will try again

Had unbelievable lag on the tortage/khitai maps, testing to see if it was caused by other mods im using though

If used with Amunets Server Transfer you can set up TP placeables to go between maps using these map names

khitai is off? they desapear from list of maps on game start

I tried all 4 map names in the Engine.ini and it still reverts back to Exiles when the game starts. When the game loads it shows your new game screenshots. I have had alot of modded servers so I don`t think I'm doing it wrong. Thanks I appreciate your help.
