How did you place two wonders so close together? World builder won't let me
TigermanAZ 24 Aug, 2024 @ 1:02am
Seems whenever I play on this map my settler and appeal lenses stop working? Anyone know any possible solutions?
niccodigge 22 Jun, 2024 @ 2:32am
you are telling me Future Earth will become Tamriel lmao based
turelil 13 Apr, 2024 @ 8:41am

steevie mack-cool 7 Feb, 2024 @ 10:26pm

Alex the Great 26 Dec, 2023 @ 2:30pm
That worked! I didnt think I needed to check it since I was using Byzantium.
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 25 Dec, 2023 @ 8:46pm
@Alex the Great: Try turning on "Allow random placement for civs without TSL" during set-up?
Alex the Great 25 Dec, 2023 @ 4:32pm
I really want to try this map out but for some reason, whenever I load into the map, I dont see my settler, just the empty spot that you load into. Has anyone else experienced this?

You have amazing mapping skills! Thank you for your work. Could you please create a TSL real world map? I am sure yours will be the greatest! Thank you.

@Guarlaon Glad you're having fun :D
Guarlaon 30 Dec, 2022 @ 1:52am
Kongo with Bermuda triangle is surprise for me and a really amazing thing to see. I hope I can manage to beat them in my game. I'm really liking this mod! Congrats, a great map!
I'm playing with Japan and the love the start location
Maiksy 22 Sep, 2022 @ 12:54am
Isn't it weird that this map reminds me of Tamriel map?
Vaeringjar 2 Aug, 2022 @ 10:18pm
I do read most stuff, but do miss something here and there at times
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 2 Aug, 2022 @ 7:27am
@Vaeringjar: Yes, please read the set-up instructions above.
Vaeringjar 2 Aug, 2022 @ 7:01am
can TSL be disabled?
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 30 May, 2022 @ 5:57am
@Afrikaan Kommanda: You can disable any natural wonder during set-up, as already stated in the instructions above.
Tactical JR 30 May, 2022 @ 5:26am
I like this map, but maybe remove the bermuda triangle. It makes kongo so OP that they are always so ahead in technology
Omni 18 May, 2022 @ 9:49am
Wow, that was a very quick response, thank you!
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 17 May, 2022 @ 11:22am
@Omni: Thanks for the note. It's now fixed.
Omni 17 May, 2022 @ 8:31am
I'm having trouble getting the TSL to trigger correctly on my game, while playing as Kongo. Every time, it places me near what looks like where the Cree should be.

Have you encountered this issue? Any tips on fixing it? I wonder if it's because the US is in the game, and is too close?
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 9 Apr, 2022 @ 5:45pm
@akoufaki: Restarting a YnAMP map skips certain parts of the setup process so if you want to have a new game you should create a new game (with or without a new seed).

If you want a starting location catered to your civ's starting bias, you may use Origin - Real Start Locations . You need to set "Start Position Link" to "Random" during set-up.
akoufaki 9 Apr, 2022 @ 1:43pm
Is there a way to truly unlock the starting locations? I find myself always starting in the same 2 or so places even if I turn off TSL. Also seems like rivers don't spawn properly if you restart the game. Great map otherwise!
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 24 Mar, 2022 @ 7:55am
@Losanguinos: To each his own but YnAMP offers so many functions that WorldBuilder does not, and I have no current plans to move away from it.
Losanguinos 23 Mar, 2022 @ 11:04pm
Really like the look of this map, but given how many bugs are in YnAMP I'm not able to play it. Let me know if you make a version that's not dependent, or dependent on something that isn't so buggy.
twoDarkMessiah 21 Mar, 2022 @ 4:34am
Unfortunaly bermuda triangle is way to OP. It's over 60 science for just setteling there. I quit my sp game, as soon I placed my city there. AI doesn't had any chance anymore.
KaneTheBoom 1 Mar, 2022 @ 1:02am
So is Scotland
KaneTheBoom 1 Mar, 2022 @ 1:00am
Portugal and Canada are gonna have a real fun time too
The Overseer 22 Jan, 2022 @ 8:28am
I feel so sorry for Ethiopia, Hungary, Phoenicia and MALI ESPECIFICALLY.
Nice map!
MeniliteZ 14 Jan, 2022 @ 6:17pm
Neat, thanks!
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 14 Jan, 2022 @ 5:19pm
@MeniliteZ: One theory is that the movement of the plates is in some sort of a cycle. The Americas are hypothesized to move westward in the short term and then move eastwards in the long term. Read more: Pangaea Proxima [en.wikipedia.org]

I was taught the Atlantic ocean was the one increasing in size. Was I misled?
Either way, looks like an interesting map!
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 14 Jan, 2022 @ 8:06am
@plaguepenguin: You are probably right :steamfacepalm:
plaguepenguin 14 Jan, 2022 @ 7:55am
That northern tundra looks like it extends pretty far south for a hothouse world.
Skylar Saphyr  [author] 14 Jan, 2022 @ 7:54am
@Benchie Paul : I don't use WorldBuilder; I use YnAMBC [forums.civfanatics.com] instead.
Benchie Paul 14 Jan, 2022 @ 7:12am
Hey I was wonderig something.
In one of the images I see you have two world wonders almost really next to each other?
How did you manage to do this? Worldbuilder for me doesn't allow them to be too close to each other.
