I'm playing with Japan and the love the start location
Have you encountered this issue? Any tips on fixing it? I wonder if it's because the US is in the game, and is too close?
If you want a starting location catered to your civ's starting bias, you may use Origin - Real Start Locations . You need to set "Start Position Link" to "Random" during set-up.

In one of the images I see you have two world wonders almost really next to each other?
How did you manage to do this? Worldbuilder for me doesn't allow them to be too close to each other.
