@General Secretary You can fix this with "dynamic research slots" That mod makes it so research slots are based on factory numbers, your puppets will get the technology but their research slots will go down

Thanks for this splendid mod! Only one small issue:
It seems that puppets inherit the research slots from the suzerain as well. This becomes OP when they gain additional slots from generic focus tree.

I hope there is a way to take the technology from defeated enemy. Such as China defeat Japan and take the technology

@interbastian If I get some time, I will try to make a faction member version of the mod as well.

Great idea for a mod.
I will try it when upcoming 1.11.5 patch goes live.
This feature should be made available for faction members aswell as puppets.
The fact that the AI will use it is crucial for single player games.
Thank you.
