Ran into an issue with AuthenticZ, cause it technically already implemented a money stack, solution was simple enough tho xD

@_/Stixx I liked this idea enough that I went ahead and made a modified local version, where you can craft stacks of money to consolidate the bills into less items with the same effect, complete with 3D models and 2D sprites. Feel free to send me a friend request if you are interested, alternatively, I would also be interested if I can publish a derivative of this mod with my changes/additions, basically asking for your permission to include your work :)

I could also just make a separate mod that depends on this one, but if this mod changes the weight reduction or other things, then my additions would also need updating.

No worries man, I have this added to my server. I think an easy enough fix is to call the item instead of base.money, and add it to the bags. Alternatively, if you increase the negative weight of the money it seems to work a lot better, because you get the bonus without having to collect as much.

It doesn't appear super likely that you end up with $10k in cash often anyway, but carrying $100 if super helpful and doesn't cause that much of an issue. Love the idea though!

While i'm not actively working on the mod, I plan on adding something that remedies this.
I'm aware of this issue, and am contemplating various ways of getting around it.
Unfortunately, this won't come anytime soon it seems.

So I'm seeing an issue when we use the mod. Having a LOT of money (like 10,000) seems to cause a lot of lag for the player. Is there a way that this can consolidate for Stacks of 1,000 so that the item is not stacked indivually and causing lag problems when added to a backpack?

Most likely they are not compatible since both mods modify the wallet object.
The one you load last will overwrite the other.

I think I made a mistake I added mods I think are incompatible, because your mod no longer works since I added the mod ''Real and Functional Wallets! Cool mod, however a slight typo, currently you gain [-0.0002] weight reduction. Insted of the aforementioned [-0.002].

Unfortunately yes, I'm not currently playing PZ.
I generally come back to play PZ in a rotation, waiting for new content - and I mod as I play.

This rotation usually lasts a few months. Its a bit longer this time, but this game shares the same itch as Avorion.
It's pretty likely I'll return to PZ soon, and in turn, this mod.

While not my original intent - I have plans to add elements to trade money in the trading window. I can see how this would be useful in bigger servers. I already succeeded in making money attached to the playercharacter, but currently there's no way to extract that. Just a small update.

Low-key, if you get the Money to go into the character working in MP, and make it able to be traded, it will blow-up, servers will start using this as a way of trading, it will start economy based servers. :cozybethesda: Good idea man, keep up the good work!

Right now, as we speak, i'm turning money into a value thats stored in the playercharacter.
Money wont be kept as an item any longer so this problem should vanish.

same marsh, it gives me another reason to collect money cause I just recently started trying out this other mod that lets you (i think) trade money for clothes and weapons.

Yeah, thats pretty true about number of inventory objects. I'm currently working on a way of mitigating that (Creating different bills by crafting "money" together)

Also yes, there doesn't seem to be a way to alter the MAX weight of a character through items easily, so introducing a negative weight item effectively increases maximum weight. Technically this mod can decrease your MINIMUM weight past 0 but still visibly increases the amount of things you can carry; this is the intent.

did a quick test, money affects the players/containers weight of stuff their carrying not max carry. and also this game really hates players carrying around large numbers of anything really, starts to get unplayable around 76k which is the real goal of the mod i guess? lol
