Updated to add small inset connectors to the hangar.

I got another update coming soon. I fit another Prototech Jumpdrive into it. It lost the large cargo container, but I put a bunch more small ones in and a script to automatically distribute cargo.

Prototech integrated. I got 1 Prototech jump drive (doubling the jump range again) and full Prototech gyros, as well as many other updates.

Absolutely wonderful design, I can even say modular, because after I installed the Assault Weapons pack this thing is bristling with heavy weaponry

All right, I'm back to SE. I was away longer than expected. Minor update for the Cerberus coming soon. I found a place to put a few more small reactors, so I replaced one of the two large reactors with a large cargo container, fixing the lack of cargo space with this rebuild. Made some minor changes to the hangar as well; the two assemblers lose the speed modules, but you gain two additional assemblers for a total of four.

Thanks a ton, I’d really appreciate it. Also ships as big as the Titan work fine on console.
WardenWolf  [author] 4 Nov, 2023 @ 1:33am
Yeah, give me a few days, though.
Cooldude101011 4 Nov, 2023 @ 1:15am
Plus you could post the smaller IMDC ships on mod.io such as the Cerberus
Cooldude101011 3 Nov, 2023 @ 3:58am
It can support ships this big. Console has a max PCU limit (Xbox series x and ps5) of 500k
WardenWolf  [author] 2 Nov, 2023 @ 9:03pm
Consoles can't support ships this big, sadly. I didn't give him permission to post that.
Cooldude101011 1 Nov, 2023 @ 6:07am
Question. Do you post these refits on mod.io? As it’d be nice for console players to be able to play with these ships.

Also, I’ve checked mod.io and it seems like someone has been reposting these ships. Link: https://mod.io/g/spaceengineers/m/imdc-titan-cruiser-mk-2

Updated. Reactor / Jump Drive room majorly upgraded to have a ladder in between the levels, fixing an annoyance that's been there since the original version of this ship was released many years ago.

Once I got it in combat, I discovered some issues with the side artillery pseudo-turrets. I'll get rid of the hinges shortly.

Thanks. There's no way in hell this thing can fly in atmosphere. The entire black hull is heavy armor, even under the light armor outer skin. Likewise with the Titan. This is why these are such good warships, and even major YouTubrs' servers like the Last Stand Gamers ones often use modified IMDC designs. I saw a very obvious IMDC Titan recently (barely modified) and a few Cerberus derivatives.

btw i love the new update, u outdid yourself on the interior design
Lemonz 7 Sep, 2023 @ 5:57pm
will the next version of this ship include atmospheric capabilities?

Deco Pack #3 update live! Totally redone MedBay and updated Crew Quarters. A lot of minor details here and there as well.
WardenWolf  [author] 1 Sep, 2023 @ 6:50pm
FINAL WARNING: Future updates will require Deco Pack #3. It improves so much that it's necessary.
WardenWolf  [author] 11 Aug, 2023 @ 10:05pm
Substantial upgrade for 2023. Better conveyor routing taking advantage of the new reinforced conveyors, redesigned CIC to Reactor corridor, new air vents, totally redone server room, and more. Every single room received at least a minor upgrade.
WardenWolf  [author] 7 Dec, 2022 @ 4:27pm
There should be room for a Basic Refinery somewhere, although whether one will fit without compromising armor I'm not sure. Try the forward compartment. I think there's exposed conveyors there.
Morgantiral 4 Dec, 2022 @ 10:03pm
Is there room for at least a basic refinery?
WardenWolf  [author] 3 Mar, 2022 @ 12:01am
While it's overall small, it's actually a fairly major upgrade: the side-mounted artillery cannons are now useful! They've been fitted on limited-motion hinges and linked to a turret controller. Anyone attempting to cross your beam within 4 degrees up / down of your centerline is going to get a good old naval broadside!

Thanks, Di-Ferr. I did run the update by JD Horx and he said it should be brighter lit to better match current designs, so I fixed that. The lore excerpt is just some quick writing, inspired by things I've read regarding warships in the World War II era and before (real-life destroyers were notoriously cramped). While the Cerberus is still a fairly large ship, it's certainly small compared to the Titan and Europa. I had to pull a few tricks to get those nice crew quarters in.

This update actually stays true to the IMDC aesthetic. I like that it has a clean and well-lit interior, you didn't overdo it with the textures, and the weapon/subsystems changes are appropriate. Also, the lore excerpt is perfect. Nice work man. :steamhappy::steamthumbsup:

JD Horx made it. He's the GOAT. I'm just someone who can copy a style and maintain it, and see the potential of an area. I'm working with him on some stuff because I'm good at finding and fixing problems. The Cerberus needed some love and he's working on some other projects.
TaxReform 10 Feb, 2022 @ 8:48am
you are the goat. I love that you're still updating the ships
