Your mod is absolutely fantastic when it comes to balanced sprinters presets and there's nothing like it in the workshop. Flat speed reductions don't feel natural but your mod actually makes sprinters more dangerous each second you doesn't deal with them when being spotted.
Imagine the horror on my face when I kited a horde of zombies and they all just begin sprinting at me full speed. Needless to say, I lost a couple of runs to that :')
For some reason its still working even though its turned off
Weird

@Agitatio I think OldPeopleBurning is correct - 60 ticks a second.
Just lose the sprinters before they reach full speed
Or tire them out till they are slower.
Kind of makes a cool dynamic if you run inverted; day runs are just as risky as night but if you have a route setup you can tire the horde out and lose them, as long as you don't keep running into new ones ... but at night, it's relentless (if you have night sprinters). Sucks that "slower sprinters" doesn't work though, full sprinters are too much for me since I don't like running cardio-nut characters, so I run the -40% speed ones in Slower Sprinters.
