Well you do a wonderful job! As I say, they are essential additions to the game for me at this point.
As for the HOC, I had based it on a hall at Dearne Valley College near where I live (1970s technical college, usual nice modernist classic).
That being said, having looked at your train station, they are dangerously close, to the point where I genuinely don't like it! Would you like me to remove the model?
One thing is puzzling me. What real building (if any) did you base this house of culture https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2534541326 on? It looks awfully similar to a train station from Lublin I made ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2515996023 ). It'd be fun if the building was a copy from some house of culture in another city :D
