Dunno if it works or not but there seems to be alternative:

The event responsible for it is called "siege.0001"
The mod overrides only one file witch hasn't been touched by the latest game update.
The mod has been updated and should work now.
I put it at the top of the startup queue and reinstalled it - everything worked.
Only mods that influence events/combat events are likely to cause problems here.
Try loading it last
I meant 1.9.2
Oh well, I'll put it back at the bottom of the load order, I'm happy with the level of capturing in normal battles and I've never had a game where I could capture raiders, you can't miss what you've never had!
Thanks for the mod.
Try loading Battle Captives before Higher Mortality Mod
Also using (in load order):
Unofficial patch
99 Immersive Loading Screens
Decorous Loading Screens
Community Flavour Pack
Gold to Silver
More Game Rules
Better AI Education
Higher Mortality Mod
Harder Claims
Scaling Diplomatic Range
Battle Captives FIX 1.9.0.3

I'll make PoW version tomorrow
This mod should not conflict with 'Better Battles'
Commander: 70% No Effect, 30% Imprisonment
Knight: 60% No Effect, 30% Imprisonment, 10% Death
stackwipe factor = 0.05
stalwart_leader_perk works the same for both the player and AI
Non-war battle prisoners/casualties enabled

As for now I no longer play CK3 so it's not tested.
Let me know if it works.
