Can you make it that i can wear my underwear over my pants like a superhero?

Has anyone managed to get this working in multiplayer? Mod boots up fine in singleplayer but just refuses to work on a server no matter what I do.

Is there a mod thats just being able to wear tight pants under skirts

Yeah it's a new bug, they changed something with the new patch and I have zero leads on how to fix it except de-compiling their Java code, which I'm not really inclined to do.
I'll leave it as is for now, they might revert this in future patches.

Alright, I don't know if it can be considered critical, but here's a strange bug:

When I start a new game, I can rip underwear for ripped sheets as intended.
But when I quit and load back in the same game, I can no longer rip underwear (I don't even get the option to). The rest works fine though, I can even inspect and patch them still, and they still provide protection.

I tested this in Singleplayer and without any other addons mounted.


Anyway, love the addon! It's really nice not being forced to wear the same outfit every run. Yay for fashion!

I added the option to mark specific items as certain weight classes with the sandbox options. This was done so people could make items from other mods (with non-base-game item naming) compatible with he mod.
If an item isn't modified, add it's item name (found it the debug menu, not the display name) to the defense class and it should be registered.

The short answer is that both mods are "incompatible".
Long answer, the realistic weights mod changes clothing weights to be more, well, realistic, making them so light that my mod's formula pretty much gives them zero defenses since it's designed for the base game. Because this is all done through a script, my mod doesn't mesh well with it.

I've played around with it before. A quick fix I found is to rename realistic weight's "media\lua\client\weight_overhaul.lua" to something unusable (like "weight_overhaul.lua.something" for example).
I've added some sandbox options to the mod since the last patch, so a better fix would be to just crank up the defense multipliers to make up for it.

Last time when I was playing with both mods, tight pants worked fine for me, the mod creator might have changed his code since last I played. So there might be more to it.

more details, clothing extended appears to have NO effect while realistic inventory is active. none of the armor changes work, the tight pants don't work and still have their original name, tights and underwear don't give any insulation. i'll try messing with load order tomorrow to see if i can get both mods to work but right now i need sleep.

playing with both this mod and the mod that allows sweaters to render under jackets causes zombies to spawn without pants when they are wearing tight pants

is it possible to have an alternative version without the tight pants functionality?

Are you sure they are not compatible?
They don't replace BodyLocations.lua, these are new files.

the mod doesn't seem to work anymore, it gives the error screen upon launch and doesn't effect clothing anymore vanilla or not

One of the pants says "Thight" instead of Tight. Also spongie's open jackets reverts the tight pants into regular jeans once your open or close them.

Other than that, great mod!

Mods that change clothing layering order will change this file. Easiest way to find out is just to check the mod's directory for the file, its fairly simple.

Does anyone know what kind of mods or mod features replace (shared\NPCs\BodyLocations)? I'm not sure if im wording this right, but are there certain features in those mods that will require that file to be replaced? I'm asking because i have no idea which mods would change this file. Sorry if that's confusing.

You can patch underwear, which adds armor.

I didn't really understand something, in order to improve underwear, do I need to find it somewhere first? I just tried to use different underpants and bras, but they can only be put on and torn

Fixed

Errors rapidly accumulate for me when I hover over ponchos in an inventory screen. All values are missing in the table, but when I equip in the "hood up" position, the errors stop. Wearing in the "hood down" position will return to endless errors popping up. Also, wearing in the "hood up" position only prevents error messages on that specific poncho. All others that I hover over receive errors.

Tight jeans is unrecognizable and no longer display its icon in inventory and instead show "?" symbol

It's incompatible with one of the other clothing mods I have but am not sure which one.

Human error on my part.
New hotfix is out.

Seems the latest update somehow caused errors with "tight" pants. Errors accumulate and the tooltip box is empty when the item is hovered over and nothing happens when I try to equip the pants. The problem persists even when I disable all mods except for this one.

Confirmed that those tooltips work after the update. Thanks!

Uploaded a fix, should work now.

As of Build 41.78, this mod now causes errors with the tooltip for certain clothing items like "Shell Suit Jacket" and "Suit Jacket". An update would be much appreciated.

I use fx clothing mod. It adds small speed bonus with gloves

The attack speed penalty is really punishing, or I just have a tendency to use a lot of heavy clothing how I the progression supposed to be with this mod on? Like I am using leather jackets and normal clothes and the penalty is really heavy. Is there any way to adjust it?

Okay my fault. When I restart the game with only this mod it works fine. I found out that the mod ClothesBox Redux cause this mod to no longer work. Maybe someone can dive in and found the reason. I cant read codes

@GitWid now I have the same problem as Simsimix. Even if I disable all mods but this mod there are no changes to the clothings. Its my absolut must have clothing mod and I cant fint an alternative of this mod that bring such a usefull rework.

@Simsimix compatibility with other mods is not something I can feasibly take care of. So unless a fresh new game with only this mod active doesn't work, I can't help you.
