The card that halves enemy HP and double their attack? Great idea. Love it. Should not work on bosses. It's able to do 2500 damage for 1; that's busted, yo. Also, maybe up the price? It's a strong effect that doesn't require set up to work, so it should probably be pricier.
While adding vengeful shards to your deck is a fun mechanic, the fact that each of them is capped at one damage makes the potential drawback easily ignored. Maybe add a custom bane card with higher damage? Or maybe permafrost, so it remains a problem?
For the new effect that causes enemies to attack other enemies, I recommend making it applied in very small amounts. It's sap on steroids, because it not only reduces incoming damage but converts it to outgoing damage; it should be as hard to apply in large quantities as sap is.
Aside from those, great card ideas! Very excited to see where you go with this!
Additionally, I had some inconsistent issues with my Vengeful Shards occasionally losing their Consume (and thus staying in the in-play deck); this may be an interaction with the Awoken's Railspike.
All that being said, this is a very fun mod (among other things, Fanatic trigger builds have the tactile appeal of a Slay The Spire Shiv deck in a way that Incant builds don't), and I like it.
Thank you for your reply! Indeed there is tons of unbalanced problems, for example I 'm still struggling on the Frantic cards and want to find a proper way to play with that mechanic.
I plans to improve the basic game play first. The artworks is not my forte... So I may find some friends to help me finish this part~
Are you planning on updating any of the placeholder artworks in the future? Cause I'm liking the idea behind the general aesthetic, and it'd be cool to see it more realized at some point.
