Sadly speed had to be kept as it is, anything close to / >100m/s starts to get janky physics, which was less than desirable. Stuff like phasing through objects or collisions being weird.
are you asking for a fail rate?
are you asking for wild inaccuracy over a <200m distance? if so what evidence would you like this based upon?
Or are you complaining that when you target something, you hit it and it penetrates?
or is it a generic question? if so then i suggest you download and play with it to find out!
I love how shrapnel is simulated and this works seamlessly with AVF tanks and vehicles for realistic damage! THANK YOU! :)
I love this RPG so much! The rocket launcher of the game itself and other RPG modules are just simple explosions or high-explosive warheads, and the simple explosion brings too little gameplay. Such a realistic metal jet is what I pursue most, and I like this texture so much!
@jamesandnatd I'll look into increasing the reload for the normal / realistic versions.
@Stephen.cerrato, thank you for your kind and constructive feedback. If you'd actually played the mod you'd notice that this has dramatically different behaviours to the other RPG. Specifically physical projectiles and simulated RPG blast jet effects. While the other RPG mod creates an explosion much larger than the in game rocket launcher - both appealing to people for different reasons depending on the effect they wish their RPG to have.
Typically it's good form to play a mod prior to leaving feedback, I'd suggest in future you take that in mind. As a comment on the functionality of a mod without playing a mod . . . is useless.
t fire.
Realistic has a smaller blast, fewer but stronger shrapnel, and a larger cone.
I was just testing it a bit and I shot it at a pillbox, it flew off to the side hit the edge kinda half exploded bounced and destroyed half a building next to the pillbox. Amazing job, whatever wizard esque creativity or intelligence is behind this I applaud.
