Bumping a treasure lost to patches
Andariel Halo 1 Oct, 2018 @ 6:34pm
pretty much all information on editing in-game music has been removed from Total War's official website, and the few guides that do exist are horribly out of date, so how can anyone possibly update this
Brezonte 1 Mar, 2017 @ 2:53pm

DrinkEnemyBlood 21 Apr, 2016 @ 7:55pm

fyreflyer89 25 Feb, 2016 @ 12:24pm
Are they ever going to update this?
Alexander The Greek 12 Nov, 2015 @ 7:38am

Boicote 30 Aug, 2015 @ 10:10am
Is this mod dead?
Imp97 21 Aug, 2015 @ 7:07am
It won't crash, but it will simply stay silent. Please update.
Thanks.

Great Mod, thanks for all your efforts.

Will it be updated to be compatible with patch 17? I miss your great music.

thanks!
SSG Slappy 4 Dec, 2014 @ 5:34pm
Is this compatible with Emporer Edition?
Ragnar 11 Nov, 2014 @ 7:26am
Hey guys, could someone tell me where can I get the music modding tool needed to change the music? a link would be much apreciated.
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 28 Oct, 2014 @ 6:59pm
@ littlemileslikesheavymetal - check the 'change note'.
SpinSane 19 Oct, 2014 @ 2:33pm
The music in this mod is great. I'm trying to find the name of a specific track, I don't think it comes from the original Rome score. Anyway I can find out??
Mortensenii 19 Oct, 2014 @ 10:33am
Any way to make the tracks fade into each other rather than transitioning so suddenly? Maybe alter the volume at the start of each song?
Bear 18 Oct, 2014 @ 5:45am
update plz!!!
FrogFish 6 Oct, 2014 @ 6:58pm
Wish it was just the Rome 1 music
lequintal 27 Sep, 2014 @ 4:55pm
I love 80% of the musics, but some rome 1's battle music are so annoying imo
Denitus 24 Sep, 2014 @ 3:10pm
This is the best music mod for Rome 2.
Alexander The Greek 19 Sep, 2014 @ 12:55pm
update the mod please

"Your video may include music that is owned by a third party.

Next time please try to know what your doing my friends. A copyright is a very serious problem for youtubers.

I really like this music mod. Like the pacing and the dynamics. It's like listening to a really good album whilst playing Rome 2.
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 2 Sep, 2014 @ 5:23am
@The Space Butterfly - you can try to go to Marcus Camillus original release. There's the original files (.mp3) made for RTR long time ago. Not sure if the link still works though.
The Space Butterfly 1 Sep, 2014 @ 9:18pm
Hey, there's a track that I really like in this, and I just want to know how to listen to that without going into the game itself.
linerune 28 Aug, 2014 @ 12:32am
How can I delete this music? so very much fun.
Ermanarich 27 Aug, 2014 @ 5:22am
Ah ok. Thank you.
Btw, the music is fantastic! :)
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 26 Aug, 2014 @ 11:03pm
@[TBO] Ermanarich - Yes. It's the same but previously it was hosted by personal member's Steam account. Now all R2TR mods will be hosted by the team's own Steam account.
Ermanarich 24 Aug, 2014 @ 11:12am
Is this mod the same as the one you released before but deleted again (I still have the old one on my computer, I really like it and don't want to lose the cool music there)?
Mr. Pig 18 Aug, 2014 @ 1:09am
hi, will the implementation of the family tree be ever consider to be included to this mod?
or will it ever be a luxurious fantasy...
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 9 Aug, 2014 @ 4:38am
@Sir Squiffy the Spiffy - no vanilla Rome II music unfortunately. Only some vanilla RTW music included.
Squiffy 8 Aug, 2014 @ 6:20pm
Does this completely replace all the music or do the Vanilla Rome II tracks still have a chance of playing? (some of them aren't too bad, and more variety is always nice)
Fernander 7 Aug, 2014 @ 4:06am
Great mod

i think the main menu theme could be better, but its awesome!
HazE 6 Aug, 2014 @ 7:20pm
No it only worked without any mod activated but the music mod.
Yes I will check the DeI forums, thanks :)
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 4 Aug, 2014 @ 11:46pm
@.::[H]az[E]::. - did it work with just DeI ? To be honest we did not test this mod with all available mods out there as this is more for our own mod but there's no reasons for it to wirk with DeI except if DeI scripts somehow disabled this mod. You can check at DeI forum at TWC just in case anyone have this issue.
HazE 4 Aug, 2014 @ 10:11pm
Yeah I have used it on its own and it worked, but I dont have any other mods that edit the same files when I do use it with others (except Rome Music Mod but I leave that deactivated)
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 4 Aug, 2014 @ 8:26pm
@HADER - Ich spreche kein Deutsch
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 4 Aug, 2014 @ 8:26pm
@ .::[H]az[E]::. not sure - does it works on it's own for you ? If not then probably other mods have use same files as this (not that I can think of though).
HADER 30 Jul, 2014 @ 8:19am
wer schreibt da denn...best music & beautiful loL, 1-3 songs das wars, rest bekommste kopschmerzn ..zieh dir mal ordendlich epic musik rein & dann probiers nochmalsry ist so..hast kein gefühl für solche musik..!
HazE 26 Jul, 2014 @ 9:15pm
Hey I cant get this mod to work for my Rome2 at all! I am using Divide et Impera overhaul mod and GEM (and also a couple movie pack mods like ancient colors and SEEM), but my game just hangs at the startup screen unless I remove this mod from the checklist.

Anyone have ANY ideas at all why I seem to be the only one this wont work for? :(
Peppe 24 Jul, 2014 @ 11:19am
The best music mod!
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 23 Jul, 2014 @ 12:50pm
@Don | Morgrain - this mod also contains vanilla RTW music mod. Check the 'change note', those that are not tagged RTR or Vlad are vanilla RTW musics.
Cybot 23 Jul, 2014 @ 5:30am
@Don | Morgrain

It says in the description "This mod is compatible with all mods except other music mods", kind of stupid to ask if it works with the Rome 1 music mod then?
Ɖon | Morgrain 23 Jul, 2014 @ 5:22am
Can i combine this with "Rome: Total War Music"?
Grifone 23 Jul, 2014 @ 3:57am
beautiful music!!! ... great selection :-)
Rogat 23 Jul, 2014 @ 12:56am
How many tunes are in this mod?
is it better than Rome Total War: Music mod?
Rome II Total Realism  [author] 22 Jul, 2014 @ 6:55pm
@Gaius Julius Caesar - check the 'change notes' for song list. We're planning to do our songs preview before putting it up but this is one of the ones available on youtube. http://youtu.be/CkgZZ1CuoxE
Gaius Julius Caesar 22 Jul, 2014 @ 10:56am
The game requires no saving, it is brilliant as it is, though mods are still good to use and add new flavour to the game, do not think that the game requires saving. Could I ask though which songs are used in this mod? As you don't seem to state it in the discription, why not add a video to your slide so that people can here the music as well. Otherwise to me it is not worth subscribing (not a complaint just advise).
Dual_Cored 21 Jul, 2014 @ 9:20am
Thx for all the great work guys. Hard working modders will save this game.
