I'm on the fence about it. Part of me ofcourse wants to, but the other part of me thinks I worked hard on the original design and doesn't want that work to be null and void.
We'll see...
Hope that helps!
They are very fancy sailboats, I'll throw them on "The Pile" ;)
I need to release the fix(s) for this one first! ;)
Hope that helps!
Also, you should note that this vehicle was atleast partially broken after the pressure updates, I'm am working on fixes currently.
Thanks for your interest!
Hope that helps!
If it helps, I do have a tutorial video available viewable via the screenshots above or the link in the description.
Hope that helps!
When you say "wind vane" are you referring to the devices used for steering? There is already a heading hold device in place on the tiller. If you stop making inputs to the tiller it will hold the heading of your last input. However, it cannot compensate for strong winds acting on the sails, you'll need to let the sails out if the wind is too strong.
As for linking everything together, rather then explain it here feel free to pick apart the composite logic block, everything is labeled and you can trace which "connections" go where and why.
Hope that helps!
Also, could you explain exactly how you got the sails to work? I know there is an engine running while the wind is beating, i can even hear it sometimes, but how did you link everything together?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, but I hope you understand. Happy sailing!

Note the update on the 30th of Dec. 2022.
