Probably not, as i have moved over to just disabling the siege attrition entirely, the two mods mentioned by Scree down the comment field are what i use now.

Not sure what i will do with this one, disable, delete or just rename as defunct.

If you want you can take all my work and make your own mod version of it, since you're the more famous gothenburgian modder guv :)

Can this mod be combined with the 'no siege for bastion/empire forts/elven gates' mods? I want to use your mod, but feel like those three should have 0 attrition at the same time.

Any way to disable attrition totally? Because siege attrition was never a feature in other warhammer games.

There's a misspelling on the tooltip for the bastion. It says "ennemy units" when it should say "enemy units"

This may actually be a bug on reflection, even with my addition there is no increase in initial supplies. How odd.

Another update today:
Incredibly it seems CA forgot Empire Forts and Elven Gates need to have some initial supply points from their main building! This has now been added, as well as the previous bonuses added to the Forts and Gates as well!

Most Major Walls now also generate supplies/per turned sieged.

Altdorf has been added and gives a similar reduction in siege attrition as the settlement lacks the wall building. It also generates a similar amount of supplies per turn if sieged as a wall building.

The Bastion is unassailable, as in it cannot be sieged down at all.

Also just updated the mod!

Added Nakai's Vassal Cities, they all give -40% siege attrition reduction now. Should give you more time to go and rescue them as the big lizard wanderer.

Hello, updated this today, ive most likely missed something so shout at me if you spot it.

Short rundown:

Empire Forts and Ulthuan Gates reach -70% siege attrition resistance at tier 5.

Norsca has been added, they have weaker effects since they don't really care about being on the defensive in the same way. -30% at maxed out defence, minor and major.

For some reason, this mod only works to prevent the garrison from taking attrition, not armies placed within. I am speaking specifically in the Great Bastion area, as I have not tested it elsewhere.

Just an observation, dont know if its on purpose or not:
The RPFM shows that you have erroneous duplicate entries for the Demon Prince's major garrisons.

I missed Cathay, sorry about that one, its in the new update.


Praag on the other hand works a bit differently, you have two defence building chains and one of them gives you a bigger garrison, the other gives you Siege Defence Attriction Reduction.
In this mod, they give as much as the new Dwarf modifiers capping out at -60% reduction.

This is for all the special Kislev cities e.g. Kislev, Praag and Erengrad.

Other major settlements have the normal -15/25/40% range of upgrades.

Keep giving me feedback if I've missed anything, so many buildings groups are named weirdly and i keep missing them because of that.

Thats a thing for any mod that increases the Bastion's siege defence reduction to -100, not sure what causes it exactly.


uuh, it should? All this mod does is change one variable in the table, nothing about the projectiles.

No idea if its fixable but you can build a ton of siege equipment in 1 or two turns when siegeing the bastion. Playing a Miao Ying campaign and after two turns the Kurgen attack with enough towers and rams for every unit in the army. Also, would this mod be compatible with the one that fixes higher tier bastions downgrading their towers?

great mod! thanks a lot! but that's a problem that AI just lay siege to the city instead of attacking, so i am still forced to come out and fight a land battle. Is there any chance that we could make AI attack the city more actively?:happyelf:

Ok can confirm it works now. I had to unsubscribe from everything and resubscribe for it to have an effect, weird because all my mods are cosmetic only.

Just loaded up that campaign and it still hasn't applied, tried a new campaign and the building still offers no reduction.

And that should do it, CA has an odd habit of naming things in a certain scheme and then changing said scheme between games.

In Warhammer 1 settlement defence buildings are called "garrisons" for minor, "walls" for major in the data tables,
in Warhammer 2 its "defence_minor/major"
In Warhammer 3 its "walls_minor/major"

Also noticed Khorne was in a similar fashion so they have it too now.

Playing as Slaanesh, minor settlement defense buildings provide no attrition reduction, although the major settlement buildings do work as intended.

Is this not meant to apply to Kislev minor settlements/garrisons? It isn't showing up for me, and I couldn't find a line in the .pack file. I know just enough to edit stuff, but not enough to add new lines. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
