I've used the mod a lot vs AI and it feels pretty well balanced and fun :)
Only major feedback is that the barrel part should be scaled up a bit as right now it's quite a bit thinner than the other 450mm barrels in the game.
it should be:
.12 shells a minute per point
&
.32 shells a minute per point
i'm not prepared to say it should actually be that high - but certainly at its current price point it is under valued
for the big cannon you get .12 shells per point spent on the armament
for this you get .32 shells per point
a 166% increase in value per point spent
I don't think you can even fit 2 battleships into 3000 points - I bet you could fit 6 of these though
that's not really a negative
the cannon shoot 3 shells every 20 seconds for 9 shells a min
this shoots 4 shells every 15 seconds for 16 shells a min
a 50% increase for a 25 point discount
its better than the 3 barrel 450mm cannon with a 20s reload so less firepower but it costs more than this
with a dragonfly aiming is not problem so its just way more points efficient
That does exist in that Spec Ops modules mod I put out at some point
