because the key doesn't spawn 100% the time and it is frustrating not being able to lock your own house when you play with zeds that can open unlocked doors
Added the option start without building key (since it has been requested many times)
When you start a game, your character starts with the key to the building they spawn inside in their inventory (keyring). This allows you to unlock all the doors within that building. Would be neat if we had to break out manually of the starting building or need to find it. It would pair well with the already existing "spawn with zombies inside the building" for large malls and such.
Could you explain in more detail what you mean by "no building key" start?
What would be the point of starting bites already? :)

If there was a choice where the wound should be the options page would be too crowded :)
I could add a checkbox to exclude foot and legs, though?

You can turn off Fire Spread in sandbox option if you want.
