France and China are good to play

Good concept. Needs a powerful computer with lots of memory. Also moving the files around is a pain. I copied the files to my laptop but it took forever for the program to try to start. Both computer with i7 and 8 and 12 mg ram. As England I only had Russa and Chine to beat, however when I went to take a city the computer would take forever to process the information (previously in other games when this happened the game would shut down). England took forever to stop losing money. I only found an oil well in north africa when I beat the french. Playing russia therr was not a single coal min in the whole country. I would suggest that each country gets one of each resource. But like I said I love the concept. :o)

Did this scenario have any specific settings or winning rules? Or is it just a normal civ map but the world is almost settled and you start with some benefits?

Dead in loading for me as well

Germany had some colonies in Pacific Ocean, the Marianes, Kaiserine etc. But semms nice to play.

Probably mentioned already, but Kkorea was Japanese around 1900 (1905: Japanese colony, 1895: Jpanese 'influence sphere'). It certainly wasn't independent.

@tomato soup Australia is a sovereign country in this scenario because it gained its independence in 1901, which is very close to 1900. Canada, however, had different dates where it gained more and more autonomy until its near full independence in the Statute of Westminster in 1931. Though the United Kingdom still held jurisdiction over the the Canadian Constitution, Canada was ackowledged as an independent nation of the Commonwealth in 1931.

@emtbiz Maybe unsubscribe and then subscribe again directly from the Civ 5 game. Like go to Mods in game, Accept, and then Get Mods. And then watch it as it downloads. Sometimes when you do it from Steam while not running the game it gets weird. I hope this helps!

Hi, can someone tell me what I should do when I can click "set up" and "load game", but there is no "scenario".

Finally getting back to this scenario--I plan to update it soon with a more realistic and sustainable population for all cities, historically accurate buildings and wonders, happiness enabled, starting culture, accurate and balanced resource distribution, more balance between civilizations, strategic resources actually being placed, same with luxury resources, some more accurate city locations, and overall balancing. :)

You gotta select the map named "the world in 1900" and then the small button called "start scenario"
and then you're good to go

Hello roytermarkb. I just want to point out that there's almost no oil in europe. The germans got their supplies from abroad. Google "Prescott Bush Hitler"...just do it :)
