are you going to add a patch for this?
As while it's an old mod, it still works. If it for whatever reason doesn't cost resources in it. Old mods bound to do odd things after all.
My suggestion would be to have x10 strong armies available, if one should decide to build them. And, if you want, have a Military academy army planetary decision available on planets with more that a certain number of pops so that you can have multiple armies constructed on those planets. I have no idea how to improve the loss-ship transport realism.
1. ACOT (and SBTG) is now a submod since it changes vanilla armies stats and this makes maintaining it somewhat easier.
2. Condensed Hero units are no longer available.
"so, do other empires use this?" Yep. At the moment (waiting for other mods to update their armies) The AI will build Vanilla, ESC, and a few ACOT condensed armies.
"And, does it require tech to do them?" Nope, the only tech needed is the same for the non-condensed version.
"does this make it to where I can effectively have 100 gene-warrior armies per pop?" Pretty much.

Also, as it multiplies the cost, it's not that overpowered. if I built 100 armies, it would be just as powerful, just laggier! So, by doing this, all you did was make my computer handle my super-army fleet better (Few thousand xenomorph armies, all gene-warriers...) Only problem is, does this make it to where I can effectivly have 100 gen-warrier armies per pop? If so, MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
