I was very tired (-80% damage) And decided to exercise before bed. When I started to exercise tho, my fatigue level went all the way down.. And it kept going down (it fucked up my sleep schedule lol) anyway, this is the only mod that affects fatigue on my game so I thought It was worth comenting.
Сон по-прежнему необходим. Адреналин не меняет степень Сонливости персонажа, он лишь маскирует ее до определенного момента."
Haven't had much time to look into it though, my other mods are taking all my time.

Haces un excelente trabajo
I think devs will change muscle strain.
A separate mod to tweak it would be cool.
I don't know if there's systems in the game to keep track of what body part is being used, but it would be awesome if you wouldn't get full body muscle fatigue, but instead get short term muscle acidification, and then long term muscle strain on the parts that actually did physical labor.
Adrenaline is already the perfect framework for delaying the effects of a negative moodle to a later point in time...
So desensitized survivors experience it the same way they experience panic. In a very diminished manner.
I've been playing one, and I've been having sudden major bouts of fatigue, and I can't figure out where it's coming from.
I dunno how exactly the draw back is coded, but if it's using the moodlets as a trigger, may I suggest to add a cooldown for these triggers to activate again? Just to prevent these occasions where you the moodlets show up very quickly
