Just lost a fucking 7 month playthrough because of this shit ass mechanic(had full plate armour) insta install now good work!

@天安門大屠殺反右派鬥 It was before in 41.73, after that the devs themselves changed how guns stunlocks work, so it is not possible anymore unless you mess with the animation speed for a lot of normal stuff, which breaks the rest of the game.

By the way, this is what it looks like when the mod works

But these should not cause the game not to boot, since it makes an exception and ignores the files, since there is nothing to overwrite.

Even if this mod were to break something, it would only brick the animations, not the game or anything like that

@Sethos Those should not be causing any problem, these are the names of the files to be overwritten in B41, in B42 they are called "BiteHandgunFromLeft", the game wasnt really supposed to be reading them since they are not in the B42 folder format, and it shouldnt be causing the game not to boot.

Is that the last error you get before the game does not boot?

Got these error messages before but did not cause an issue previously

Since B42.1 it seams to prevent that game starting up

Unfortunately not.

Only recently i've found out but apparently the "More traits" mod added a trait that seems to do the same thing as this mod, "unwavering", im not sure if it works though, that is if you want to make it more balanced as an option

This is on build 42, sorry for not specifying. I'm not getting any stunlock while wielding those weapons, I think it's harmless

Those files got renamed for B42, there should not be a problem for b41 i believe, but i can look in to it.

If you could test for me if you're getting stunlocks while holding a gun or 2H weapon just to certify if there is a problem it would be good.

I get 12 red errors on load, but the game seems to run just fine. Seems to be 12 missing hit reactions:

Hello, yes the mod was broken, just now i got to really test it, it happens that the file names were changed for everything that was not 1handed.

Yeah you can still get the drag down with this mod, you can test it out in a single zombie, i got it working when i tested, let me know if anything else happens.

No you dont have to resub.

The folder format for B42 is different, thats why it was not working,

Now you need a "42" and a "common" folder inside the mod for the b42 recognize your mod, and they need the files as well, i'll be updating my other mods in a while.

For any other modder out there, do not delete or move the old "media" folder, b41 does not partake in the new mod format

No, this only changes the reaction of your character to bites, if you take a melee hit or get shot the animation will be a different one, unaltered by the mod

If I use this along with bandits mode, does this affect bandit hit animations or player hit animations from bandits since bandits are pretty much zombies?
