I really like this hat. Hoping it gets included in this year's summer update, whenever that will be. I've always liked the look of the really old TF2 hats.

Why shouldn't it be?

@Bwass I think those are all class since they are made for a popular tf2 podcast and a promotional item for Portal!

Also, it'll probably be by far the most affordable hardhat cosmetic, since the Aperture Hardhat is like, one key, and you have to do some weird stuff to get the Kritzkast ones.

Honestly this hat is one of the few all class I think actually deserves to be one given that items like the Kritzkast hat and the Aperture labs hard hat exists. If those hats can be all class and look very construction worker I see no problem with this one. It's far more tame and I really like the way it's presented on the workshop. I've seen in the past few years a lot of egregious and out of place all class hats. This is one of the few that feel very fitting and not over the top. The design is a simple one, the concept comes right out of TF2 itself in a clever way, and I just think it look's good.

Fair enough, it just seems like seeing a duffel bag on Pyro and a Soldier with a Sniper vest, ya know? It just seems like an Engi thing and maybe a Soldier/Demo cosmetic. I do like that it's a reference to the miner hat's on Dustbowl

Seeing as how this hat is a tribute/reference to TF2’s origins, it didn’t feel right to limit it to one class.

I'll never understand disliking being able to put a hat on more than one guy.

Hey, i know that we've been getting some unfitting All-Class hats lately, but does that mean that EVERY single one has to 100% fit the personality of the mercs?
Besides, a Hardhat is more of a piece of work wear/uniform than a casual hat, and the mercs could have been hired to maybe fight inside some mines or something, and thus have to wear these as protection.

Heh, this is one of those props that I've always remembered on dustbowl. Glad it got turned into a hat finally

Its a good item, but I think it should only be applied to the Engineer. Other than that, good work, and neat idea.
