You were insanely good despite playing with a controller, though ! ;)

About what you reply to me : It's true that when placing again the orange portal, it's not in the same direction... But I suppose I now understand what was muddling my mind. It is that if the blue portal is looking north, then the orange one is looking south, so I would have expected to look north before entering the blue portal, but looking south after coming out of the orange one, except we're actually still looking north. Can't explain in detail here due to the character limit, but I would say it's either a bug, a mistake, or purposely done like that to make it easier to apprehend for players.

@jandlml: Well done!
@Azkunki: Thanks for your comment too. You just need to spot the place where you fall and reverse the direction of the portal ;)

thats ok. i watch the video to see how to do some of it but its great when i actually am able to do it.

Please don't play those old test chambers ... you can watch the video walkthrough, it's 'easy' ;D
I was still playing with a controller :O
Thanks.

i cant believe i did it. took me many tries but who cares yay!

(by the way, I've done something like that on my map "May the Glitch be with you" (#08), for a part dedicated to bunny hoping. But that's not real bunny hoping since you don't need to gather the speed yourself, you only need to keep the speed for one jump, just like here)

I don't understand why it is so much easier by doing it like in your video (I success easily half of the time). The way I tried to do it was by placing a blue portal on the 45° panel, jumping in the little hole through orange portal, then placing a portal where I was about to land. But by doing so, even when landing after the first pool of goo, I couldn't get past the second one (despite placing my last portal exactly at the same place than with the expected way. It seemed pretty much random anyway).

I even did it the expected way by using the very portal I placed after trying "my own way". Even so, according to my tests, it doesn't seem to be due to the first orange portal I place either.
I... don't understand.

im not even gonna try lol

I don't want to be a stuntman lol. Looks scary flying over water. I will watch your video...

I'm trying to get this one; the jump is not working (I've already use portal placement technique but didn't workout) . Any ninja type jump is not for my modest agility :)
Polux  [author] 7 Jul, 2014 @ 7:41am
I was trying to update the map just before read your comment!
Yes, I had to do something ..
I watched your video and it is not exactly what I expected,
your jump is more difficult to execute but it works anyway :)
Thanks a lot for playing.

I wanted to ask you, maybe you know...
Where is SkyRoots ?!

My blindrun I managed to complete it but wasn't happy about that last jump. But the fling is very good, I've tried it before but haven't seen it as the intended solution to a puzzle.
Polux  [author] 7 Jul, 2014 @ 6:24am
Well, I can make an update and remove the goo just in front of the exit door..
The last jump was not my first idea, it was just for complicate the test :)
Brave 7 Jul, 2014 @ 5:44am
Hi Polux, I decided to watch your video just before turning off my computer last night, so I did go back into your map and tried duplicating your jump only to find myself smashing into the side or treshold of the exit door falling into the goo, and I attempted more than 5 times failing.
It takes skill and accuracy with shooting portals and jumping to pulled off a clean exit, and if fail then death awaits for the player!
Polux  [author] 7 Jul, 2014 @ 1:52am
Ok guys, i understand, I suspected it..
I have not been 'cool' with the goo :D
but the solution is very simple to perform, look at the video!
Sorry but thank you both for playing anyway :)

After dying way to many times I had to give up on this one. Just don't like restarting so many times just to die again and again.
Brave 6 Jul, 2014 @ 4:55pm
Played for over 20 minutes and gave up!
I used to love complicated ninja jumping maps, but not anymore, so i'm not going to finish this one!
No vote on my end, but good effort in making this jump map Polux.
Stuntmanmyke 6 Jul, 2014 @ 9:35am
Ok...
I'm a real Stuntman !!!!
Stuntmanmyke 5 Jul, 2014 @ 4:16pm
Je l'ai eu !!!! Preuve a l'appuis ^^
