can we change the road access from 2 directions to 1? i opened this in the asset editor and found that it needs two roads 90 degrees to each other (corner), but i'd like to edit it to require only 1 access

I wish more people milked their models like this by releasing multiple versions like you do. I mean if you've put in the work to make a 100m version of a building, it's only a little extra to make a 150 or a 50 or a 30 or what not. More variety, more flexibility, more shared textures!

I don't know if it was intentional or not, or if it is an issue with RICO or any other mod, but these spawn in almost immediately as a level one out of five with only seven households. The tower looks like it can obviously hold way more than that.
