I have created the Year of the Great Comet overhaul submod. If fixes multiple issues such as missing graphics, adds flavour text, adds new followers/ancillaries and adds new mechanics such as Sozin's comet and local levy recruitment.

you have the water tribe flags mixed up, the north is the one with the crescent moon

I have fixed some of the issues related to that, however for certain places there still seems to be an issue. I hope to release a patch in the future that fixes this. Please report the issues on my discord. I check discord more than this forum

To Pyruvic Acid : Yeah i just switched my capital to the most in the Middle city in my empire and now im making 5k a turn xd forgot that you could change your Capital in the "older" Total War games :D

To thomasmdaywalt, there are no eras campaign planned as the last airbender campaign needs to be finished first, this includes making new scripts, adding new units and maps as well as redoing all the older assets.

Feel free to post messages on the discord as that is where I check questions the most.

As for Starred the mod does not need updating, you need to read the description and check if your game is running with english language selected or not. The colorful setting needs to be switched to realistic as well and the game needs to be started up choosing rome total war (and nor barbarian invasion or alexander).

Please check if the character is a hero and if the cause of death isn't plague. You can upload a save game in the discord.
