Have you tried running this mod without any other mods enabled?
My bet would be that you have other mods enabled that are incompatible with this mod, either a mod that changes the map or a mod that adds / alters units.
Can you let me know what happens if you only enable this mod in the mod launcher?
Let me know your result, and also feel free to also list the other mods that you had enabled.
A new campaing mod has been released exclusively for Total Rebalance: Rome Rerostered III

Thanks again for the review.
And I am looking forward to the battle video!
As for the Iberia-Numidia alliance, it would make the Iberians not attack the Numidians, and I could also have Carthage start out at war with Numidia, I believe right now they are allied.
If I apply these changes, it shouldn't be that Numidia enters mostly in Spain, but rather fights Carthage, it will make the Carthage campaign a little harder, and have Spain focus more on fighting the Gauls, Carthage and Romans.
Maybe most other people don't mind how it works right now, I still have some playtesting to do, and like you say in your video, it helps if people leave their feedback.
By the way, I send you the wrong link, can you put this link instead of the one you put on YouTube?

Thanks for appreciating my work and thank you for making the review videos!
Will you show the 3D battles with the changed unit statistics in another video?
By the way I will think of allying numidia with spain to make it harder for Carthage.
I am not familiar with adding traits or factions, and if I would, it might make the mod less compatible (especially adding factions can make things imcompatible)
It will be hard to balance the upkeep because the Rome Remostered III reduce the upkeep, while the vanilla game has double the upkeep, on vanilla it is more balanced.
I could maybe release a Total Rebalance: Rome Rerostered III definitive edition with prepackaged DLC where the upkeep is changed, because I can't make drastic changes in a running product :)
Thanks again for your review, I'll look forward to your review of Europa Romanorum: 120 AD!
(which has a harder economy system :) )

Excited to watch your video review, hopefully you will be overall positive :)
Great suggestion about the "Third Century Crisis", I might look into it in the future!
And definitely let me know your feedback on "Europa Romanorum", I finished it today and haven't playtested it thoroughly yet, but it should be a fun campaign!
Make sure to check out the new campaign mod "Europa Romanorum"
Europa Romanorum 120AD - Campaign for Europe 270 BC
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2820170555
- Fixed public order in some Roman Julii settlements
- Added two missing ports to settlements belonging to the Brutti faction
- Added one extra velites unit to the Pristina settlement to fix public order
Yes, there are three options available, "Europa 270BC" which has the default end date, "No end date" which has no end date (unilimited campaign time) and "AI only" which has the AI handle all the actions.
If you enable any of the "Rome Rerostered" mods, than take a look at the technology tree as well, there are some special General Bodyguard Units that can be trained from either an Academy or a high level Government Building (Proconsuls Palace for example)
And different buildings like a trader, a port, wall fortifications can also make available new units to recruit.
Thank you for your reply!
Oh, and by the way, instead of "decreased unit recruitment time" you could also use "extended battle duration" which includes "decreased unit recruitment time" but also improves the hitpoints of units, so fights go on even longer!
(you can change between those two submods during a campaign without a problem)
If you don't like any of the balance changes but like the added new units you could also install Rome Rerostered 2 instead of the third iteration.
Plenty of options to test if you feel the need ;)
Either way I think your review will be interesting!
Be sure to leave a video link of your review after you uploaded the video!
I wrote you a little about the mod, most of the details can also be found on this mod page..
It could be interesting if you also review "Total Rebalance: Rome Rerostered III" along side this campaign mod, as it adds more unit and change the unit statistics so units rout less often and fight for longer.
I'd even say to include the 'Decreased Unit Recruitment Time' mod as the original Rome Rerostered III mod has a bit too high of a recruitment time.
Hopefully the following that I wrote about my mod is useful for your video.
A new mod has been released by JonkoXL, the creator of the Rome Rerostered series.
The Rome Rerostered is known for having added new units and rebalanced unit statistics, drastically altering the gameplay experience, and rebalancing previous unbalanced fanction unit rosters.
This new campaign takes place on the Europa 270BC map, but this campaign features a lot of improvements.
For example, most villages and cities have now become more populated.
Economical and military buildings have been prebuilt to help recruit stronger units.
Most large towns and cities have now been provided with stronger garrisons so it will be more difficult to capture enemy cities, but it will be easier to fend off attacks in the early game.
All of this helps in giving the player a more pleasant experience, where less foucs is put on the early game, therefore it has been named a 'midgame campaign'.
This makes for a different and less repetitive experience compared to the usual slow start and often weaker armies that opponents can yield.
This mod was also created to picture a few historical moments and contains some references to pop culture.
For example Julius Ceasar conquered Gaul and took control of Rome, this campaign tries to mimic this by having the Gauls pushed back into the sea, and have the Julii controle Rome.
The Gauls have to fight back from their last settlements, just like in the comic series of Asterix,
Two Roman factions are displeased with the Julii taking Rome, and just like in historical civil wars, important Roman families fought together to fight another Roman faction, to become supreme ruler over Rome and Italy.
The territories belonging to other factions haven't been changed too much although the Germans and Britons now control all the settlements in their respective area.
Stronger garrisons have been put in cities to make them harder to capture, most ports have been built so that sufficient income can be generated to maintain the upkeep of armies.
