you need to put fog so the fps isnt 5 for everyone bro, you NEED to fix it the map is unplayable until you add fog (everyone will get 300 fps constant, really easy good way to optimize)

P.S. also, to be honest, this map is ode to my girlfriend, and never meant to be "church or cabin killer".

I've already set fade distance, but i don't know how to work with occluders yet. I'm still learning and i'm not experienced mapper.
I'm going to cut the rest of the map, limiting it only to two houses and playground. It will be separate map, not update of existing one.

It definitely looks way better after the recent update compared to very first version.

However, the performance is still very poor across the map - constant FPS drops and stuttering due to lack of occlusion in outdoor area.

After looking around with "mat_wireframe 1" I can safely say that you need to add func_occluders to your map, to prevent the prop_static models you don't see from being rendered when it's not necessary; also set the fade distance to some props (especially on the small/tiny props).

Just use the ZPS Mod Tools -> Workshopper tool to update your upload.
You can subscribe to your own creation and then check
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\17500
to see what you actually uploaded.

Your workshop upload is pretty cluttered, you uploaded the development folder too, which is unnecessary.
Also you will probably want a naming scheme for your map like
zps_sofyino_v1
zps_sofyino_v2
etc
because you cannot use the same name twice or you will run into problems.
