For those that are asking how to restore power

1. Go to the power/electricity room
2. Open the cabinet if you haven't already
3. Click the rectangular panel on the bottom, this should activate 2 lights in the box.
4. Interact with the lights, do this 3 times to make the bar fill up.
5. Once bar fills up, click on the green light that activates.
6. Repeat since your power will run out multiple times during your playthrough

how to restore power??

You must restore power to the fullest if it runs out then submarine will have power again

I can't tell if the map just doesn't have a definite ending or if I just failed by not keeping the battery high enough

No. You can play with friends if you want. Tho I designed the map for one player so the submarine may be a little too cramped, no player collision mod is recommended.

Regardless of what you eventually decide to create, I wish you tons of luck in all your future projects! Either big or small, you have proven time and time that you always deliver something with passion, so no matter if it serious or silly, I know you will at least deliver something with soul

I really do wanna create a joke map someday with the same level of quality. Some projects start off as a joke and then I get too lost in the sauce of atmosphere and vibe that they turn into serious projects. Hopefully one day I'll overcome it and just create a silly and funny little map

With how good this addon is, I kinda wished you could ruin it by making a joke version of this map but with Vibri in it as a cryptic or something

I meant like an open space version of what you see on the camera but you do you.

Sandbox version will look terrible if I don't pretty much remake the entire map, that's because of the "if camera doesn't see it - don't care" rule I had while making the map. I don't have it in me to remove all scripts and triggers and call it a day.
Maybe one day I'll do it, but for now I'm busy with other projects

You must be talking about the gamemode version of this map. Here's the thing: I know absolutely nothing about it and I wasn't involved in it. Talk to the creator of that gamemode, not me. This map has no voice acting and it was my decision to not do any.

i verified my files after unsub and uninstall and it's still talking to me about the sub. if your mod is busted or bugged you should say that in description

Just rolled out an update that fixes the camera FOV. It was A LOT lower than it was supposed to be, aka it was way too zoomed in unintentionally. One of the Gmod updates caused this. Fixed it by using my own custom camera texture. Thank you Rubat, very cool.
