no engine sounds but the 6-71 sounds good and for the Jake to work on it i have to press the Jake button for sound i cant toggle switch the jake for it to work.

Needs an update to 1.49

The engine seams to run in reverse. when I put it in a forward gear with any transmission, the truck goes backwards, and the goes forwards if in a reverse gear. also, while in gear, it stalls almost immediately after getting to 1300 rpm, making the engine unusable.

Not supercharged. Like the detroits, the blower does no charging of the air, its simply there to blow air into the cylinders when they reach the bottom of the stroke and the fresh air port is exposed and the exhaust valves are open. They are considered a naturally aspirated engine

I know of the issue and been looking into it for the past week, the 671NE engine has the same problem, not sure on the cause and still investigating why some engines have a run-away effect.

mostly seems to be ignition & running issues PLEASE TEST & get back to me when they are done.

WILL HAVE TO temp. un-subscribe from u'r mod on the steam mod workshop, SORRY.

I will re-subscribe to u'r mod AGAIN when I have been informed that it's been fixed.

I have no idea why it's crashing your system and saying incompatible, try updating ATS to 1.47.2.0s which is current for me.

This is our version of the SD40's, we only had 10 built from 1977, 4 where on Standard Gauge for Melbourne to Sydney with the other 6 on Broad Gauge for Melbourne to Adelaide, all 10 are still running to this day.

I'm from the usa & would be even great if u can replicate the "Prime Mover" as we call the engine block here in the USA from the SD40 or SD45-2 US Diesel Electric Locomotive !
