@Noé Archiviste Airborne DLC broke the M1A1 75mm Pack howitzer. If you even click on the card to preview it or click on it in a match, your game crashes immediately.

Shame, cause this was the best mod for this game. Hope the author can get back to it sometime.

@Centurion I don't remember the exact version but it was the Soviet humanskin update that broke this. I think Airborne might have also broken the American side of things

Research tree is amazing and all, but was it just for me or on the first defense mission for everyone the enemy was attacking with a bunch of light tanks and scout cars and infantry howitzers + mortars ?
Was trying to defend with my 3 squad and 2 armored car and 1 at gun.
Couldn't stand a chance :)))

Gonna try it again but this sucks so far...

Finally the "Ubermenschen" tax makes no sense whatsover... Making them more expensive just for the sake of it? At one point in the war, they had the highest priority for the best equipment and training. They were also fanatically loyal to the cause and more than often turned the tide of battle with sheer determination and viciousness. This is not "pRaIsiNg" them -_-' It's about being historical and learning the material.

HaiseSD, obviously he is the creator and does what he wants. But it is frustrating to play such a great mod, that does everything right... but then removes the most, distinctive feature of all those Waffen guys.. It has absolutely nothing to do with morality, heck if those waffen guys saw me, they would do horrible things to me for sure.. The point is to remain historical, realistic, immersive..

Imagine an amazing USA overhaul mod for all units, that makes them look super immersive and realistic.. but since the creator has moral issues with the USA, he decides to remove all the American flags and unit insignia.. which makes the units look so "vanilla" "bland"..

or the same example but doing if for a medieval game and creating super realistic Mongol units.. then removing all distinctive features that makes them look like Mongols.. Because of the creator's stance on Mongol politics or whatever.

I think it's not rocket science and everyone understands my point.

Well, I'm back to this game. Many criticize the author for his decision regarding the SS, but I think his position is pragmatic and respectable. As always when I use this mod in Conquest mode, I have a clear idea of ​​how to scale with respect to tanks, but I end up lost when it comes to infantry. I usually go for the 78th Sturm, because they protect my tanks the best. Has anyone put together any interesting infantry unlock orders they'd like to share? I think the addition of the front against the Allies is excellent; sometimes you get bored of eliminating Reds.

Could you take a look at the Freiweilige-SS and the subsequent Gepanzerte SS-Panzergrenadiere '43 squad?
The Freiweilige-SS at least have a grenadier rifleman, but the Gepanzerte SS-Panzergrenadiere '43 don't even have that. They don't have a single AT grenade. This makes them really, really bad.
I think they should at least get a handful of AT grenades, given they are Panzergrenadiers - not just backline security infantry.
Did you make them like this because of historical documentation?

No, but that's easily tweakable.

But that said, by default you should be able to call in more troops because all infantry cost 1 manpower (apart from things like officers, snipers and medics), and both AT and tanks have reduced manpower costs for the most part (except rare and endkampf material like Panthers and KT).

Vanilla game, basic infantry cost 2 manpower for regular units.

In this mod you should be experiencing larger battles overall.

Welp. I'm not able to recreate the bug. I added the units (the M3A1 and M1917A1) to the german roster to bring out and dismiss in conquest and it's not crashing. They won't be purchasable, but the game should acknowledge that such a unit can exist.

So it might be a workable solution. It'll be added in the coming patch this week if I can finish the art files in time (!!!!!)
