Nvm, I found the culprit. For some reason the tool I was using to make the game Large Address Aware wasn't working correctly.
After applying the LAA patch properly it works.

doesn't work with dx11 mod, game either stuck on loading screen or I get black screen after loading

Definitely the best texture modpack. Works like a charm. Worth the extra 2 seconds it takes to load up the game.

Really cool pack. It also fixes / replaces bugged bird sound in the forest when using 44 kHz. The only thing about it is long launching time which can take up to 1 min.

Аuthor made screenshots in mod where there is grass, but in the original Gothic 1 there is no grass and in this texture pack either.

Just run launcher in steam, d3d11.dll works like a patch.

Your Texturepack is outstanding!!! I just have one little problem. Maybe you have advice for me. Xardas get's invisible after some seconds of gameplay.
